CLINIC CONSULTATIONS

Pip is currently only offering phone consults whilst she sets up her clinic in South Geelong.

She is available for home visits for NDIS clients.

CONSULTATION FEES

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) - includes individual plan and follow up email

Subsequent Consultations (30 minutes)

Extended Review Consult (45 minutes)

referrals are not required for appointments with pip

Funding for dietetics consultations are possible via; 

- National Disability Insurance Scheme

- Medicare via Chronic Disease Management plans, speak to your GP about these prior to making an appointment with Pip.

- Private Health Insurance Extra Cover, check with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash, credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or EFTPOS.

Payment on the day of consultation is appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. This allows an opportunity for others to have your appointment time and to cover costs incurred by Eat Happy Dietetics as a result of your failure to attend. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment (with no notice of cancellation at all) will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment.
